The Club

Palazzo Tornabuoni is one of very few urban residence Clubs in Europe, and the first in the world to occupy a site of such historic and artistic significance.

Residence Clubs have attracted a dedicated following among sophisticated travellers for more than a decade. The concept offers an alternative to the outright ownership of a second home, offering a flexibility of usage throughout the year and often in conjunction with other buildings and locations within the Club

Club Membership

Members own a transferable, willable and sellable proprietary interest in an irreplaceable Renaissance landmark, and a worry free enjoyment of an elegant home in the heart of Florence.

Within Palazzo Tornabuoni, a total of 10 of the Residences have been allocated for use by Club Members. Eight Memberships allocated to each apartment in the 1 Bedroom and 2/3 Bedroom categories.Memberships are available from € 490,000.

Membership allows Members to enjoy the experience of staying in several different historical residences. Members and their guests have unlimited access to the Club subject to availability. They can reserve Planned Vacations well in advance, or drop in at Short Notice.

Multiple residences can be reserved for those travelling with friends, or for family reunions. In addition to the price of Membership as listed below, Members pay annual dues to cover the day-to-day management of the Palazzo and a check-out cleaning fee. Both vary according to Membership category.

Club Apartments

Each Club Apartment is unique. Some are enriched by priceless fifteenth-century frescoes, while others enjoy breathtaking views over Florentine rooftops and Brunelleschi’s Dome.

The interior design by internationally renowned architect Michele Bonan balances contemporary flair with timeless elegance, creating a seamless blend of ancient artworks, marble floors and stone fireplaces with custom-made furniture, warm modern fabrics, state-of-the-art kitchen and bathroom fittings, and hi-tech communication and entertainment facilities.

Club Lounge

An ideal gathering place for a relaxing drink, a quiet conversation with friends, or a chance to meet other Members from around the world, this elegant but relaxed book-lined lounge with its well-stocked bar is the focal point of life at Palazzo Tornabuoni. The Club Lounge opens to a covered terrace where Members and their guests can unwind with a refreshing cocktail al fresco whenever the mood takes them.

The Club Lounge is also a forum for encounters with visiting experts, ranging from wine tastings to informal talks on subjects as diverse as economics and modern Italian design.

From breakfast to afternoon snacks through to the aperitivo hour, Michelin-starred chef Vito Mollica and his experienced fine dining team can provide private catering in Member residences and arrange convivial dinners on request.

Relax with your favourite cigar in this elegant room. Here Members can enjoy the most distinctive and fulfilling cigars, complemented by the finest of spirits and wines. It is the perfect sanctuary for a true connoisseur.

Maintain your fitness program within the Palazzo’s Fitness Centre, which features state-of-the-art Technogym equipment. The Sauna and Steam Room are perfect tonics after a workout or a day exploring Florence.

Pool Access

An exclusive agreement with luxury five-star hotel Villa La Massa in the countryside just outside Florence ensures access to a stylish outdoor pool in the summer.

It’s just a short drive with a dedicated shuttle bus from the Palazzo to be surrounded by greenery and olive groves, meaning that Members experience a taste of Tuscany in propinquity to the city. Plus, the pool offers a separate children’s section and a laidback restaurant for all-day dining.
